The Proteas and West Indies national cricket teams have all left India after the conclusion of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026, according to the ICC.
Due to challenges in international air travel, the logistics teams had to maneuver through evolving conditions to ensure safe returns for the players and staff.
The ICC expressed gratitude towards Cricket South Africa and Cricket West Indies for their cooperation and support during the complex travel operation.
All players, team personnel, and their families have been successfully reunited with their respective countries following the tournament.
