At just 18 years old, Mazhamba, hailing from Ha-Rabal, Limpopo, impressed during the 2024/25 DStv Diski Challenge season, earning accolades as the Goalkeeper of the Season.

Mazhamba's promising journey began in the Vhembe District of Limpopo before his ascent through the Kaizer Chiefs development system.
