Richards Bay FC co-coach Papi Zothwane has sent a message to Orlando Pirates, advising them not to rely on his team to derail Mamelodi Sundowns in the title race.
Following Pirates' draw with Richards Bay, Zothwane emphasized that his team will focus on their own objectives and will not act as a stumbling block for the Buccaneers against Sundowns.
With Orlando Pirates trailing behind Sundowns, the pressure is mounting as they may need help from other teams to challenge Sundowns' dominance.
Zothwane highlighted the strong home support as a key factor in Richards Bay's performances and asserted that the team is determined to play for their fans.
The coach's warning to Pirates came ahead of a crucial match, where the Natal Rich Boys will face Sundowns seeking to cause an upset.
