Kaizer Chiefs encountered a setback when midfielder Lebohang Maboe was substituted due to injury in their recent match against Golden Arrows.
The injury impacted the team's balance in the midfield, as confirmed by head coach Fernando Da Cruz.
Despite attempts to push for a winning goal through attacking substitutions, Kaizer Chiefs were unable to secure a victory.
Maboe's injury not only affects his club but also the Bafana Bafana team, with the severity of the setback yet to be determined.
Maboe, who has been one of Kaizer Chiefs' standout players since joining from Mamelodi Sundowns, faces a period of uncertainty as he deals with this setback.
