Football agent Matthew Moore has disclosed that Mamelodi Sundowns declined an offer of over R30 million for youngster Kutlwano Letlhaku.
The bid reportedly came from a Portuguese club showing serious interest in the 19-year-old left-footed attacker following his performance at the U20 FIFA World Cup.
Despite the substantial offer, Sundowns opted not to sell Letlhaku, who is under contract with the club until June 2027.
While the exact amount Sundowns were looking for remains undisclosed, it is evident they had high hopes for Letlhaku's future in European football.
The decision to reject the offer has raised questions about whether Sundowns should have accepted the significant sum for the talented young player.
